We are excited to announce a brand-new look for our National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) website. The new site presents information and resources in a way that is easier to find and more relevant for each type of user.The National DPP homepage includes general information about the National DPP for everyone and is the gateway for users to find their appropriate section or pages. Information is specifically tailored for these target audiences:
Lifestyle change program providers and employers and insurers interested in offering or covering a CDC-recognized LCP can find information on why and how to join our national effort to prevent type 2 diabetes. Providers that are already implementing or covering a LCP can find additional resources and help from the National DPP Customer Service Center.
